How to Register for Extended e-Warranty?

Step 1: Login

Login to MyDENN

Don’t have MyDENN account yet?

Step 2: Register Product

Once logged in, you will see your name on the top right corner.

Click on the “e-Warranty” at the top menu.

Step 3: Submit

Click on the “Add New Product” button.

A confirmation will be sent to your registered email.

Warranty Policy

1. This product is fully warranted in material (excluding batteries, speaker woofers and tweeters) and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) year from the date of purchase.** (Subject to management approval, product specifications and terms & conditions apply.)


2. The extended warranty is not valid unless you

a) Register your product at DENN e-warranty within 30 days from the date of purchase.

b) Send the warranty card ("Company's copy") to Jaya Audio Sdn. Bhd. within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Else, you may only enjoy our normal 1-Year E-Warranty by registering at our DENN Website.

c) Purchase of selective models which have been acknowledged and approved by Jaya Audio Management to entitle 1 Year + Minimum 6-Months Extended Warranty.


3. Kindly bring your cash receipt/invoice with warranty card upon claiming product warranty at our authorised dealers / service centers.


4. This warranty is void in the following cases:-

a) damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect and rough handling.

b) disasters such as floods, fires, winds, earthquakes or lightning.

c) damange due to exposure to moisture, dampness or extreme thermal environment conditions.

d) cosmetic damage (dent, crack, scratch & etc)

e) spillage of food / liquids.

f) operating with incorrect or irregular voltage supply.

g) corrosion, rusting and stains.

h) improper testing, operation, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or any alteration or modification of any kind.

i) repaired by any party other than DENN authorised service personnel.


5. Please ensure the product is proper packed and insured against damage in transit before shipment to Jaya Audio Sdn. Bhd. or other authorised service centers for repair purposes.


6. All postage, delivery and shipping cost incurred in delivering the product shall be borne by customer.


7. Except as expressly stated herein, Jaya Audio Sdn. Bhd. makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the products.
